About WorkLife
Massage & Bodyworks, Inc.
WorkLife Massage is owned and
operated by Kathryn (Kate) Heald.
Kate is an
Illinois State Licensed Massage Therapist who has been successfully
practicing massage therapy and bodywork within the greater McHenry
County for ten (10) years.
Kate is an
experienced massage
therapist, therefore , with her knowledge of anatomy, she is able to
locate the source of the client's discomfort. Since
muscles are interrelated, pain in one part of the body can be caused
by problems in other parts.
Kate
soothes clients' aches and promotes healing. Knotted muscles relax
beneath her hands, pain subsides and stress dissipates. She works
at improving the circulation of blood throughout the body and to speed
the removal of metabolic waste products from muscles.
